BTA will publish the names of the top-of-the-list candidates of every party/coalition for all constituencies for the April 19 parliamentary elections. The information about the candidates is provided by the respective political entity, the candidates themselves and other official sources.

Galya Karneva is the top-of-the-list candidate of Glas Naroden [People’s Voice] for Blagoevgrad’s 1st and Sofia’s 24th multi-member constituencies in the early parliamentary elections on April 19, according to decisions of the Constituency Election Commissions in Blagoevgrad and Sofia’s 24th constituency published on their official websites.

Karneva is a specialist with long-standing professional experience in human resources and administration. She was born in Svishtov. She graduated from the D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics, where she obtained higher education in Marketing and Advertising and Economic Pedagogy, according to information she provided to BTA.

Her professional path began in the State administration at the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, where she worked for many years. Since 2010 she has developed in the private sector. She is currently head of Human Resources at a company operating in trade. She is married and has a 25-year-old son.
