BTA will publish the names of the top-of-the-list candidates of every party/coalition for all constituencies for the April 19 parliamentary elections. The information about the candidates is provided by the respective political entity, the candidates themselves and other official sources.

Rositsa Gencheva is the top-of-the-list candidate of The Truth and Nothing but the Truth People's Party for Smolyan's 22nd multi-member constituency, the party said here Thursday.

Gencheva told BTA that she was born on 26 August 1964 in Sofia and that her family roots are connected with Devin and the Rhodopes. She completed her secondary education at a catering technical school in Sofia, after which she studied at the veterinary medicine technical school in Lovech, now the National Vocational High School of Veterinary Medicine. She added that she is a graduate agronomist of the University of Forestry in Sofia, where she is now completing a master's degree in plant protection. Gencheva added that she worked in Spain for more than 15 years, after which she lived with her family in Africa. She works as a security guard for a security company in Sofia and continues her studies at the University of Forestry.
