Scheduled shooting drills at the Batmish Firing Range near Sliven will begin on March 2 and will be held until March 31, the Sliven municipal authorities said quoting the 13th Brigade Command on Friday.

The drills are planned to happen between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. on March 2, 10, 17, 19, and 26. On March 4, 5, 6, 9, 11, 12, 13, 16, 18, 20, 23, 24, 25, 27 and 30, the drills will take place between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. On March 31, the final shooting drill will be from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m.

In order to avoid incidents, residents of the area should comply with the warning signs and not enter the prohibited zones. Farm owners should take measures to protect their animals.
