site.btaConstitutional Court Decides to Review Legal Amendments concerning Intelligence Agency and National Security System
The Constitutional Court said on Tuesday it has instituted a case on a claim by 53 MPs against amendments to the State Intelligence Agency Act and the Management and Functioning of the National Security Protection System Act.
The amendments were adopted on October 10, upheld on October 30 after a presidential veto, and gazetted on November 4.
