The Bulgarian dance group "Bulgarica," led by choreographer Petar Iliev, represented Bulgaria with a traditional folklore performance at the Mount Prospect Celebration of Cultures 2025 in Chicago, USA, the Bulgarica Cultural Centre, which hosts the ensemble, said on Tuesday.

Bulgaria was also showcased with a cultural booth where visitors could explore traditional embroidery, ceramics, and handmade souvenirs, learn about the symbolism and regional specifics of folklore elements, and get information about Bulgarica’s activities and upcoming events.
