In January 2025, Sofia Airport used 11,369.62 tonnes of Jet A1 aviation fuel blended with 2% Sustainable Aviation Fuel to refuel 1,894 aircraft or about 75% of all aircraft that took off from the airport, the concessionaire of Sofia Airport, SOF Connect, reported on Monday.
