The International Basketball Federation (FIBA) imposed a five-year punishment on Bulgarian basketball player Mihail Kombakov, Bulgarian Basketball Federation (BBF) said here on Wednesday. Kombakov becomes the third sanctioned Bulgarian basketball player after Martin Stefanov and Teodora Dineva, and coach Boyko Milenkov.
