Irene Dikova-Dimitrov won the gold medal in tennis at the European Transplant Sports Championships (ETSC) women singles event after defeating Marcia Navest from the Netherlands 6-1 on Tuesday. The Championships are taking place in Lisbon between July 21 and 28.
