site.btaPresident Radev Expected to Meet with Caretaker PM Glavchev about Ministerial Replacements

President Rumen Radev is expected to meet with caretaker Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev on Monday for a last discussion of proposed changes in the caretaker cabinet.

So far Glavchev has proposed two replacements in the cabinet which took office on April 9: of Foreign Minister Stefan Dimitrov and of Agriculture and Food Minister Kiril Vatev.

Radev and Glavchev discussed possible changes in the cabinet on Friday. On Saturday, the Prime Minister said he had proposed to take the foreign ministry portfolio himself.

Also on Saturday, Radev said he had advised Glavchev to consult experts about coping simultaneously with the responsibilities of the two positions. The President also said he had suggested to issue one decree on the appointment of new ministers of foreign ministers and of agriculture.
