In an interview on Bulgarian National Television on Friday evening, outgoing Foreign Minister Mariya Gabriel said that they currently have no information about Bulgarians having been injured in the attack at Crocus City Hall in the outskirts of Moscow earlier in the day. "We are following the situation by the minute. I should say that we received information immediately after it happened," she specified.

"Of course, Bulgaria has always condemned terrorist attacks, and we cannot lack a clear position in this situation," she added, commenting on the the Russian Foreign Ministry's call on the world to condemn the attack.

At least 40 people have been killed and more than 100 wounded as gunmen in combat fatigues opened fire and detonated explosives in a big concert hall in the outskirts of Moscow on Friday, world agencies reported, referring information provided by the Russian Federal Security Service.
