President Rumen Radev, who is Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Wednesday promoted Colonel Danail Baev to Brigadier General. Radev appointed Gen. Baev head of the Intelligence Directorate of the European Union Military Staff (EUMS) effective April 1.
