More than 70 producers and traders are participating in the Nature, Hunting, Fishing 2023 exhibition at International Fair Plovdiv, taking place from March 22 to 26, International Fair Plovdiv Executive Director Ivan Sokolov told a news conference here Wednesday. Also unveiled on Wednesday was the Flower Spring specialized exhibition featuring the newest in floristry, fruit growing, landscaping, and landscape architecture.
Both exhibitions are held under the auspices of the Agriculture and Food Ministry.
Nature, Hunting, Fishing 2023 presents segments from the green economy and from the leisure industry. World companies are offering items for spinning fishing, river and sea fishing, feeding fishing, and other fishing equipment.
Palace 7 of International Fair Plovdiv is hosting the 8th National Trophy Exhibition of Game Fallen-off Horns. Visitors can see 613 trophies, four world-record-setting trophies from red deer, the world's heaviest trophy, and all national records from species of deer, wild boar, mouflon, and wolf.
Visitors can also see the Moments from the Wild photo exhibition and attend the 4th national hunt whistling competition.
There are also various fun activities for children aimed at teaching them to love nature, distinguish animal tracks and sounds, orient themselves in the forest and protect it from fire.
A hunting concert is scheduled for March 25 to be given by the Brass Band and cheerleader school squad from Velingrad.
Flower Spring 2023 is of interest both to specialists and amateur gardeners. On display are traditional and exotic flowers, decorative plants, fruit trees, seeds, and bulbs.
