GERB leader and former prime minister Boyko Borissov said on Friday that the political formations should sign a document with the measures they are ready to support, after which a government be formed with a short term in office and with ministers who are not political personalities. Borissov spoke to reporters in the southern city of Plovdiv where he visited a waste-water treatment plant under modernization.
