"Bulgaria is providing humanitarian and military technological assistance to Ukraine within the framework of the Bulgarian National Assembly resolution of May 4, 2022," Bulgarian caretaker Defence Minister Dimitar Stoyanov said Thursday at a meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group in Germany.
