The global wine scene has shifted to Sofia during Discover.Vino 2026, which is underway at Hall 3 of the National Palace of Culture (NDK) on Friday and Saturday. The seventh edition of the international wine exhibition focuses on the world's wine regions and the people who represent them. Visitors will have the opportunity to meet winery representatives and other wine experts, who will speak in person about the places their wines come from, the organizers from DiVino said.

The event is open to visitors from 2pm to 9pm on Friday, and from 12 noon to 9pm on Saturday.

From classic European terroirs to new and increasingly intriguing wine destinations across other continents, Discover.Vino 2026 offers a carefully curated selection in which wine origin is the central theme as a source of style, character, and identity, DiVino noted.

Over the course of two days, visitors will be able to immerse themselves in the diversity of wine regions brought together in one place, to learn how climate, soils, and traditions shape a wine's style, to compare different terroirs through curated tastings, and to discover destinations that are developing wine tourism.

The seventh edition reaffirms the show as a platform for connoisseurs and professionals seeking not just tasting but depth and authenticity. The exhibition offers a natural environment for direct contact between importers and the public – both professionals and wine enthusiasts. Representatives of the HoReCa industry, sommeliers, and traders will be able to taste new brands and vintages freely, to exchange knowledge and experience, and to speak directly with importers and winery representatives who are in Bulgaria specifically for Discover.Vino 2026. For the wider public, the event is a chance to discover new selections, expand their knowledge, and purchase wines on site.

The Discover.Vino 2026 programme also includes a selection of masterclasses designed to deepen understanding of wines from around the world in a pleasant and inspiring atmosphere. Between tastings, visitors will have access to a zone offering food, delicacies, coffee, and desserts.
