Bulgaria will host the European Aesthetic Group Gymnastics Championships in October 2026, the president of the International Federation of Aesthetic Group Gymnastics (IFAGG), Liliia Morozova, has said. Morozova attended an award ceremony for the finalists in the 25th World Aesthetic Group Gymnastics Championships in Samokov on Sunday. 

The International Federation has approved this country as the host of the European Championships next October, Morozova noted.

She recalled that the IFAGG was established in 2003. It currently operates across several continents, or a total of 52 countries. "This year we have many teams. The sport is becoming increasingly popular among young people," she added.

The IFAGG President also praised the Bulgarian Federation of Aesthetic Group Gymnastics for its organization of the World Aesthetic Group Gymnastics Championships in Samokov.
