Sofia, July 31 (BTA) - The number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Bulgaria reached 424,872 after 22,989 tests identified 346 new infections on Friday, according to data posted early Saturday on the national coronavirus information platform at
https://coronavirus.bg/. The test positivity rate now stands at 1.51 per cent.

The registered active COVID-19 cases stand at 8,125, while the reported recoveries on Friday are 100.

A total of 797 COVID-19 patients are in hostpial, of whom 75 in intensive care.

A total of 10,958 vaccines were administerd, bringing the total number of persons injected with at least one dose in Bulgaria to 2,024,943. MY
