An air raid alert interrupted the first class of the 2025–2026 academic year at Georgi Stoykov Rakovski High School in Bolhrad, Odesa Region, on Monday.

The alert was issued at 10:18 a.m., shortly after the school's opening ceremony. In line with established safety protocols, students, teachers, and parents moved to the school’s bomb shelter.

Ukraine’s official air raid alert map shows that the alert was triggered by a threat of an attack by a MiG-31K supersonic interceptor aircraft.

Once the alert was lifted, students returned to their classrooms and classes were resumed.
