The Annual Percentage Rate of charge (APR) on housing loans granted by commercial banks in Bulgaria in December 2025 increased to an average of 2.90%, according to the latest data from the Bulgarian National Bank (BNB) published on Thursday. For comparison, the average APR on home loans - which includes all interest payments, fees, commissions and other borrower-borne costs required for loan approval - stood at 2.86% in November, while in December 2024 it was 2.82%.

Unemployment in Turkiye fell to 7.7% in December 2025 according to data published on Thursday by the Turkish Statistical Institute on its official website.
