BTA will publish the names of the top-of-the-list candidates of every party for all constituencies for the June 9 parliamentary elections. The information about the candidates is provided by the respective party/coalition, the candidates themselves and other official sources of information.

A total of 31 parties and coalitions have registered for the June 9, 2024 national elections in Pleven. The candidates total 261, according to the Constituency Election Commission.

The order follows the sequential numbers on the ballots, as drawn by the Central Election Commission:

  1. There Is Such a People: Stanislav (Slavi) Trifonov. Born in 1966. Musician, TV personality and producer. Leader of There Is Such a People. MP in 45th National Assembly;
  2. Glas Naroden [People's Voice] Party: Tsvetelina Hristova;
  3. Blue Bulgaria Coalition (nine parties: Conservative Alliance of the Right (KOD); Bulgarian Democratic Forum; Democratic Action Movement; National Movement for Stability and Upsurge; Bulgaria of the Citizens Movement; Conservative Bulgaria Party; Radical Democratic Party in Bulgaria; Bulgarian New Democracy Party; Agrarian People's Union): Ivan Petkov. Law degree from St. Cyril and St. Methodius University of Veliko Tarnovo. Former professional football player. Works at a law firm;
  4. We the Citizens Coalition (three parties: Bulgarian Spring; Competence, Responsibility and Truth (KOI); Bulgarian Workers'-Peasants' Party): Dushko Dushkov (aged 32). Law degree from South-West University Neofit Rilski. Works in finance;
  5. No registered list of candidates;
  6. Bulgarian Voice Party: Zlatko Zdravkov (aged 65). Degree in finance, credit and insurance with specialization in banking from Dimitar A. Tsenov Academy of Economics in Svishtov. Worked for National Customs Agency, Executive Agency Road Transport Administration;
  7. Rose Coalition (three parties: Bulgarian Social Democracy - EuroLeft; United Labour Bloc Bulgarian Labourists; Rodolyubie 2000): Lachezar Avramov. Degree in physics from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. PhD in physics from Institute of Electronics at Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. Recipient of Pythagoras Science Award administered by Ministry of Education and Science. Worked for the State Receivables Collection Agency;
  8. Centre Coalition (two parties: Svoboda [Freedom]; Bulgarian Agrarian Party): Pavel Stoimenov. Farmer, landowner, municipal councillor in the Simitli Municipal Council;
  9. Bulgarian Solidarity Coalition: Yuliyan Nenchev. Born in 1986. Bachelor in applied informatics, master's degree in business administration from New Bulgarian University. CEO of Monna International. MP in 46th National Assembly;
  10. Edinenie [Unity] Party: Chavdar Hristanov (aged 49). Studies technology of cereal products at University of Food Technologies in Plovdiv. Municipal councillor;
  11. Bulgarian National Alliance (BNO) Party: Iliya Konov. Born in 1968. Veterinarian by training. Organized beauty pageants of the Miss Bulgaria franchise. Works as a croupier;
  12. Vazrazhdane Party: Ivelin Parvanov. Born in 1973. MP in 48th and 49th National Assemblies. Awarded the United Nations Medal for his service in Cambodia;
  13. Morality, Unity, Honour (MECh) Party: Deyan Petkov (aged 36). Bachelor in prevention of crime and protection of public order from the Varna Free University. Worked as a programmer. MP in 47th National Assembly;
  14. Continue the Change - Democratic Bulgaria Coalition (four parties: Continue the Change; VOLT; Democrats for Strong Bulgaria; Yes, Bulgaria Movement): Bogdan Bogdanov. Bachelor in finance from VUZF University, master in European business and finance from University of National and World Economy and Nottingham Trent University. Worked in business development. Former head of InvestBulgaria Agency, former minister of finance, former minister of economy and industry;
  15. The Truth and Nothing but the Truth People's Party: Marieta Kercheva;
  16. Bulgarian Rise Party: Vesela Venkova. Bachelor in health care management from the Medical University in Pleven, master in health management from the Medical University in Sofia. Worked in healthcare and pharma. Works as marketing expert in a pharmaceutical company scientific;
  17. Civic Bloc Coalition (Radicals Bulgarian Democratic Union, Bulgarian Women's Party): Petar Dimitrov. Born in 1960. Graduated from Georgi Dimitrov Higher People's Military Artillery School in Shumen with a degree in mechanical engineering. Retired officer from the Bulgarian Armed Forces. Works in furniture manufacturing;
  18. Society for New Bulgaria Party: Margarit Mitsev. Law degree from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. Worked as judge, legal adviser and assistant at the University of Economics – Varna. MP in 36th National Assembly. Member of Sofia Bar Association;
  19. The Left! Coalition (ABV (Alternative for Bulgarian Revival), Movement 21, Green Party, Alexander Stamboliiski Agrarian Party, National Movement for Salvation of the Fatherland, Social Democrats Political Movement): Yanko Yanev. PhD on the environmental impact of nuclear power plants. Worked as head of the radiochemical laboratory at Sofia University. Director of the Nuclear Knowledge Management Institute;
  20. Party of the Greens: Tsveta Filipova;
  21. Here We Come Party: Yordan Krumov;
  22. GERB-UDF Coalition (Citizens for European Development of Bulgaria (GERB) and Union of Democratic Forces (UDF)): Plamen Tachev. Born in 1964. Engineer by training. MP in seven national assemblies. Parliamentary chair between 2023 and 2024;
  23. Bulgarian National Union New Democracy Party: Martin Valev;
  24. BSP for Bulgaria Coalition (Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP); Ecoglasnost Political Club; Trakia Political Club): Georgi Svilenski. Born in 1970. Engineering degree from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy, Sofia. MP in eight national assemblies;
  25. Velichie [Grandeur] Party: Hristo Borisov (aged 42). Architecture degree from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy, Sofia. Worked at a design bureau. Manager at Petrov i Borisov Arhitekti;
  26. VMRO-Bulgarian National Movement Party: Krasimir Karakachanov. Born in 1965. Master's degree in history from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. PhD in international law and international relations. Former deputy prime minister for national security, former minister of defence. MP in 38th, 40th, 43rd and 44th National Assemblies;
  27. Direct Democracy Party: Vladimir Atanasov;
  28. Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF) Party: Mario Rangelov. Born in 1975. Economist by training. Former deputy minister for state policy in disasters and emergencies. MP in three national assemblies;
  29. Green Movement Party: Albena Simeonova. Master in environmental management from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. Organic grower and viticulturist. MP in 45th, 46th and 48th national assemblies;
  30. Party for Great Bulgaria: Petar Vitev;
  31. Bulgarian Union for Direct Democracy (BSDD): Nikolay Nikolov. Law degree from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. Master in EU law from the European University Centre in Nancy and Sofia University, master in international relations from Sofia University;
  32. Neutral Bulgaria Coalition (4 parties: Communist Party of Bulgaria; Bulgarian Communist Party; Party of Bulgarian Communists; Russophiles for the Revival of the Fatherland): Plamen Aleksandrov.
