site.btaPM Radev to Attend International Space Summit in Paris
Prime Minister Rumen Radev is travelling to Paris, where he will attend the International Space Summit on Wednesday and Thursday, the Government Press Service said. The Prime Minister will also attend an official reception hosted by French President Emmanuel Macron at the Elysee Palace.
On Wednesday, a memorandum of understanding will be signed between Bulgarian aerospace manufacturer EnduroSat and French space launch provider Arianespace in the presence of Prime Minister Radev and President Macron. The document will be signed on behalf of the Bulgarian company by its Chief Executive Officer Raycho Raychev, and on behalf of Arianespace by its Chief Executive Officer David Cavailloles.
During his visit to Paris, Radev will hold a number of bilateral meetings and visit Eclairion's data centre.
Representatives of 120 countries have been invited to the Space Summit, with the exception of Russia, Iran and North Korea. The summit will be held under the glass roof of the Grand Palais in Paris.
