site.btaCentral Bank Releases Commemorative Coin for Writer Ivan Vazov's 175th Anniversary
The Bulgarian National Bank (BNB) released on Monday a commemorative silver coin dedicated to Bulgarian writer Ivan Vazov's 175th anniversary. This was the fourth of six commemorative coins planned for 2025 according to the BNB's commemorative coinage programme.
The release had buyers form a queue in front of the BNB building.
The coin has a face value of BGN 10. It is selling for BGN 168, and a total of 4,000 coins have been minted.
