The newly registered legal entities in Bulgaria in the first quarter of 2024 were 12,229, which marked a 7,4% decrease compared to the same period last year, the National Statistical Institute said on Wednesday. The legal entities declared bankrupt during the first three months of 2024 were 992, down by 14.1% compared to the same quarter of last year.
