site.btaStara Zagora State Opera Hosts Finals of 6th Linkage International Choreographic Competition

Participants from eleven countries will take part in the final of the 6th Linkage International Choreographic Competition in Stara Zagora on October 26 and 27, the Stara Zagora State Opera said on Wednesday.

The finalists include duet and solo performances from Italy, France, South Korea, Poland, Belgium, Czechia, the US, Denmark, Norway, China and Bulgaria. The event will showcase some of the finest choreographic miniatures created over the past two years, with the audience also invited to vote for their favourite.

Linkage is an international choreographic competition for young artists who perform choreographic miniatures – solos and duets – in accordance with its regulations. These miniatures are short, self-contained dance works, typically lasting between 30 seconds and 10 minutes.

The winners will be announced at a special gala evening on October 27.
