site.btaSvishtov Academy of Economics, University of Craiova Start Joint Project Under Interreg Programme

The Svishtov Academy of Economics, the University of Craiova and the Engage in Education Association have launched a joint project called Promoting Inclusive and Quality Education through Technology, Leadership and Sport, the academy in Svishtov said on Friday.

The project is funded under the Interreg VI-A Romania – Bulgaria Programme and has a total budget of over EUR 1.3 million, with the aim to build a modern educational infrastructure in Svishtov and Craiova.

Among the planned activities within the project are the holding of five joint courses for students and graduates, six summer schools for 120 students from the two partner institutions, building a network of over 20 non-governmental organizations, as well as organizing two job fairs, three workshops and two professional conferences.
