The Art Gallery Rotenberg-Uzunov and Alexandru Radulescu from Bucharest will open a joint exhibition on July 16 at the Cultural Centre Palace in Balchik. The exhibition called Balchik: World of Art, 100 Years Later is related to Romanian interwar art, said the cultural centre on Monday.
