The Judges’ Chamber of the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) unanimously appointed Marinika Cherneva as Acting President of the Supreme Administrative Court (SAC). The decision was adopted at Tuesday’s meeting of the council’s body with nine votes in favour and none against.
The outgoing acting president, Georgi Cholakov, whose term as administrative head expired in 2024, was reappointed as an ordinary judge at SAC.
