The president's decision to propose a referendum on the euro is the only legitimate move, Velichie leader Ivelin Mihaylov told BTA, reacting to the decision of the head of State Rumen Radev to submit a proposal for referendum on joining the eurozone.

Mihaylov described the president's action as the only honorable move of a leader who wants to hear the voice of the people. According to Mihaylov, with this the president became the only politician who made a popular decision. “He chose to listen to the voice of the people,” Mihaylov said.
