It will clear over most of the country during the first half of the night. High clouds will increase from west to east starting at midnight. Winds will subside in most places. Atmospheric pressure will be lower than average for the month and will not change significantly. 

In the morning, there will be reduced visibility in some places in the plains. Minimum temperatures will be between 9C and 14C, around 10C in Sofia. There will be patchy high clouds before noon, more significant over central and eastern areas.

In places in the mountainous regions, the Upper Thracian Lowland and the Pre-Balkan, and later in the northeastern parts of the country it will rain and thunder. Light to moderate south-southwest wind. Highs: between 24C and 29C, around 26C in Sofia, with lower daytime temperatures along the Black Sea coast.

The Black Sea coast: Mostly sunny. Reduced visibility in the morning hours. Light to moderate south-southeasterly winds. Highs: between 17C and 20C. Seawater temperature: 13C-15C. Sea waves: 2-3 degrees Douglas.

The mountains: Mostly sunny. Cloudy and cumulus clouds will develop around and after noon. In places in the mountains of western Bulgaria, the Rila-Rhodope region and the Balkan Mountains, short-lived rain will fall, accompanied by thunderstorms. Moderate west-southwesterly wind. Highs: at 1,200 m will be about 18C, at 2,000 m - about 12C.
