Interior Ministry's Secretary General Zhivko Kotsev held a working meeting with the Attache for Infernal Affairs of the Spanish Embassy in Sofia, Juan Pablo Iglesias Bellido, the Bulgarian Interior Ministry reported here in a Monday press release. Kotsev congratulated his Spanish colleagues on the occasion of the 200th anniversary of the founding of the Spanish National Police and wished them professional success.
