"Bulgaria is in dire need of a regular government. A government dominated by reformist, Euro-Atlantic forces", co-chair of Democratic Bulgaria (DB) and chairman of Democrats for a Strong Bulgaria (DSB) Atanas Atanasov said on Saturday in Facebook.

Who has an interest in this not happening, he asks. "Domestically, these are forces that want to continue the rule of the unchecked caretaker government. In foreign policy terms, these power centres serve Russian interests in its aggression against Ukraine by maintaining Bulgaria's image as a Trojan horse in NATO and the EU", Atanasov stressed. He added that Borissov must choose which side he stands on.
