There is a definite increase in cases of telephone fraud, said prosecutor Daniel Iliev, spokesman for the Dobrich District Prosecutor's Office, during a briefing on Thursday's case in which a 74-year-old woman from Kavarna handed over the sum of BGN 8,000 to a stranger after a call from a currently unidentified man.
