In line with a Council of Ministers decision of July 20, outgoing Energy Minister Alexander Nikolov has sent to Gemcorp Holdings Ltd and IP3 Corporation a notification of termination on mutual consent of a non-binding memorandum of understanding concluded on March 23 2022, said the Energy Ministry on Thursday.
