BTA will publish the names of the top-of-the-list candidates of every party/coalition for all constituencies for the April 19 parliamentary elections. The information about the candidates is provided by the respective political entity, the candidates themselves and other official sources.

Veselin Belevski is the top-of-the-list candidate of Glas Naroden [People’s Voice] for Haskovo’s 29th and Kardzhali’s 9th multi-member constituencies in the early parliamentary elections on April 19, the Constituency Election Commission in Haskovo said after registering the party’s list.

Belevski told BTA he was born in 1951. He completed higher education at the former Higher Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering, now the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy. He worked as an architect at a design organisation in Haskovo. He also started private business and now works in lutherie. His instruments, mainly guitars, have been sold throughout the world.

He has taken part as a candidate in all local and national elections since the founding of Glas Naroden in 2013.
