BTA will publish the names of the top-of-the-list candidates of every party/coalition for all constituencies for the April 19 parliamentary elections. The information about the candidates is provided by the respective political entity, the candidates themselves and other official sources.

Rosen Dimitrov is the top-of-the-list candidate of Alliance for Rights and Freedoms for Vratsa's 6th multi-member constituency, according to a decision of the Constituency Election Commission. The coalition comprises the Alliance for Rights and Freedoms party and the Agrarian People's Union party.

The coalition's regional structure told BTA that Dimitrov was born in 1991 in Sofia. He holds a master's degree in Business Economics from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia and a bachelor's degree in Economics of Communications from the same university. He speaks English, Spanish and Russian. He is an expert in energy and agriculture, with long-standing practice in policies for the implementation and management of financial instruments.
