BTA will publish the names of the top-of-the-list candidates of every party/coalition for all constituencies for the April 19 parliamentary elections. The information about the candidates is provided by the respective political entity, the candidates themselves and other official sources.

Yordan Mitsikulev is the top-of-the-list candidate of Velichie for Kyustendil's 10th and Pazardzhik's 13th multi-member constituencies, the party press service said.

Mitsikulev was born on 1 March 1985 in Velingrad. He studied Construction and Architecture at a vocational school for construction and architecture in Pazardzhik and Engineering Design at the University of Forestry in Sofia. He is an investor, trader and entrepreneur. He is founder of Rodopa Capital and a decentralised autonomous organisation.

He is committed to the mission of financial freedom and inclusiveness, as well as to long-standing involvement in activities for the public good. He speaks English and Russian.
