BTA will publish the names of the top-of-the-list candidates of every party/coalition for all constituencies for the April 19 parliamentary elections. The information about the candidates is provided by the respective political entity, the candidates themselves and other official sources.

Dimitar Syarov is the top-of-the-list candidate of Blue Bulgaria for Sliven's 21st multi-member constituency, the website of the Constituency Election Commission shows.

Syarov was born in Sliven and lives and works in his home city, the coalition said. He was a municipal councillor and deputy chair of the Municipal Council from the Blue Coalition in 2011-2014, regional governor of Sliven in 2014-2016, and a member of the 45th and 46th National Assemblies. He is married and has one child.
