The outgoing government will meet Tuesday to discuss a draft decision approving the 2026 funding of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the government press service said.

The agenda includes 21 items, covering a range of administrative, European, and property-related matters. Ministers are set to review progress reports on plans to reduce administrative burdens and to introduce public services based on the "life event" principle, aimed at making services more user-friendly for citizens and businesses.

The cabinet will also discuss Bulgaria’s position for the February 24 meeting of the General Affairs Council of the Council of the European Union in Brussels, as well as the country’s stance in Case C-711/25 involving Ryanair before the EU court. Reports on Bulgaria’s participation in recent EU meetings in Brussels and Nicosia will also be considered, together with proposed amendments to the country’s programme under the Internal Security Fund.

In addition, ministers will decide on several property matters, including transferring state-owned real estate into the capital of TEREM Holding and granting another property free of charge to the municipality of Veliko Tarnovo.
