site.bta2026 Budget Bill, Health and Social Insurance Draft Budgets Are Submitted to Parliament

The 2026 budget bill and the draft budgets of the National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF) and the Public Social Insurance for 2026 have been submitted to the National Assembly, according to a check by BTA on the Parliament’s website on Monday.

Earlier in the day, the three bills were approved by the Council of Ministers, and prior to that by the National Council for Tripartite Cooperation.

“As a result of our joint work, we have managed to propose a single budget that will allow Bulgaria to enter the euro area smoothly and with dignity,” said Finance Minister Temenuzhka Petkova following the NCTC meeting.
