President Rumen Radev will address the Bulgarian people at 17:00, the press office of the head of state announced.
The announcement comes in the wake of massive protests against the government's budget plans and corruption, and calls by the opposition for resignation of the Cabinet. The President wrote in a social media post that "Bulgarians said NO to these powerholders".
