1882: Russian General Leonid Sobolev forms Conservative Party Government of Principality of Bulgaria (in office until September 7, 1883).

1963: Nitrogen Fertilizer Plant opens near Stara Zagora (Southeastern Bulgaria). Renamed Agrobiochim in 1989. Adjudicated bankrupt on September 12, 2001.

1994: 36th National Assembly adopts Judicial System Act (superseded by a law of the same title, passed by 40th National Assembly in July 2007).
