Wednesday morning will be sunny. In the afternoon, cumulus clouds will develop and in some places in the west and central regions there will be scattered rain showers with thunder. Northern Bulgaria can expect relatively cooler air. Light to moderate east-northeasterly wind expected. Hot again with highs around 35 C to 40 C, in Sofia 35 C. 

The coast: Predominantly sunny, with a moderate northeasterly wind. Highs: 29 C to 32 C. Sea water temperature: 24 C to 26 C, in the north: 15 C to 18 C. 

The mountains: sunny in the morning, cloudy in the afternoon. Rain and thunder expected over the mountains in the western part of the country. Moderate to occasionally strong wind from the east, in the highest parts from the south-southwest. Highs: 31 C at 1,200 m, 24 C at 2,000 m.
