The average monthly contributory income in Bulgaria for May 2025 was BGN 1,882.21, the National Social Security Institute said on Tuesday. The monthly contributory income in this country for the period between June 1, 2024, and May 31, 2025, was BGN 1,728.07.
The average monthly contributory income for April was BGN 1,874.72.
The average monthly contributory income for the country for the specified period is used in calculating the amount of newly granted pensions in June 2025, the National Insurance Institute added.
