Weather conditions are suitable for tourism in the mountains, the Mountain Rescue Service of the Bulgarian Red Cross said on Saturday. 

The weather is sunny, clear and calm, with high temperatures even at night.

The Mountain Rescue Service recommended that those hiking in the mountains wear hats, apply sunscreen, and carry water along with other fluids.

No incidents involving tourists have been reported in the past 24 hours.

The National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology noted that the weather will remain sunny in the mountains, with only slight cumulus cloud development in the afternoon. Highs at 1,200 m will be around 30C and around 22C at 2,000 m.
