As a result of "a massive enemy attack, one of the densely populated areas of the city is without electricity, water, and heating", Odesa Mayor Gennadiy Trukhanov reported on Telegram. The Ukrainian coastal city of Odesa was targeted in a drone attack launched from the Black Sea late on Tuesday.
