Socialists' Floor Leader Gutsanov: 20-Plus Parties Will Sign Coalition Agreement
BSP for Bulgaria floor leader Borislav Gutsanov told reporters here on Wednesday that over 20 parties will sign a coalition agreement on Thursday afternoon at Sofia's National Palace of Culture. Gutsanov added that such an agreement should have been signed more than 10 years ago.
