The Council of Ministers adopted a Decision on a proposal to the President of the Republic of Bulgaria to issue a Decree appointing Colonel Lyubomir Monov as acting Director of the Defence Policy and Planning Directorate, effective June 28, 2023, until the appointment of a replacement, for a period not exceeding one year, the Council of Ministers press service reported Wednesday.
