President Radev to Address Participants in 18th World Meeting of Bulgarian Media on Forum's Last Day

President Rumen Radev will address the participants in the 18th World Meeting of Bulgarian Media, organized by the Bulgarian News Agency (BTA) in the town of Kazanlak, which is celebrating the 120th anniversary of the Rose Festival. Sunday is the last day of the forum, whose theme is Media and Freedom.

During the day, the participants in the media forum will attend the rose-picking ritual near the rose gardens in the town of Kran. Later, they will also see a parade in the town centre.

Journalists from 33 countries (including Bulgaria), among which representatives of 40 Bulgarian media from 16 countries, are participating in the World Meeting of Bulgarian Media. The meeting is covered by reporters from agencies partnering with BTA from 12 countries. 

The World Bulgarian Media Meetings is a professional forum aimed at communication, networking and establishing cooperative relationships between Bulgarian journalists from all over the world.

BTA is organizing the 18th World Meeting of the Bulgarian Media in Kazanlak from June 1 to June 4, 2023, with the assistance of the Municipality of Kazanlak, the 13 Centuries Bulgaria National Endowment Fund, Aurubis Bulgaria, Doverie Pension Assurance Company, Post Bank, A1 and Nestle Bulgaria AD.
