Parties and coalitions have between 9:30 a.m. on February 17 and 5:00 p.m. on February 28 to register candidate lists at the constituency election commissions for the April 2 early parliamentary elections from 9:30 a.m. on Friday, the Central Election Commission (CEC) said.
