The housing prices in Bulgaria increased by 3.8% in the third quarter of 2025 compared to the previous quarter of the year and by 15.4% compared to July-September 2024, show data released by the National Statistical Institute on Tuesday.
The highest quarter-on-quarter increase was recorded in Stara Zagora (+7.2%), followed by Sofia (+5.3%) and Varna (+5.2%). A decrease was registered in Plovdiv (-0.1%).
